I love this little place! I would love to buy it and turn it into a Sangria Bar. It's next door to La Kalaka on Calle 4.

I went for a walk today around my neighborhood, but it is nothing like walking the beach. I can't wait to see your jewelry. I am really into jewelry now, but I have my same pieces. At February 16, 2009 at 5:34 PM , Gina K said...: I heard snow is coming on Wednesday but I didn't see how much. We had some snow the other day but we didn't need to shovel. There are some remnants at the end of the lawn but otherwise just a sandy mess without using salt this year.

Some people were looking at my place tonight. Thinking of a pizza place, which is ridiculous 'cuz there's one on every corner & 2 Italian places on that block (including next door). I like my idea better, but I would have to think of something else 'cuz the owner at La Kalaka said it's very expensive for a liquor licence. However, the rent is only $100/month!
